Diazinon and its metabolites are typically found in many tissues of the body, including the liver, brain, bile, adipose tissue and kidneys. Dianzinon causes extensive damage to the CNS (central nervous system) and kidneys.  Clinical signs, include: depressed respiration, cyanosis (bluish skin), headache, ataxia (unsteadiness), convulsions, coma, excess salivation, lacrimation (tearing), urination, defecation, gastrointestinal cramping and emesis (nausea & vomiting).
