Traces of chlordane and its metabolites should be found in the brain, liver, spleen, adipose tissue and kidneys.  Clinical symptoms for chlordane may include: headache, dizziness, convulsions, jaundice (yellow-tinted skin), nausea, diarrhea, abdominal cramps, pruritus (itch) and rashes.
