What will happen to the goldfish?
Once again, we have the idea that aquatic
organisms, plants and animals, need water with just the right amount
of nitrates in order to survive. The following activity will
allow you to make a prediction about the effect of different nitrate
levels on fish, to gather data, and to arrive at some scientific
conclusion. This process is the basis for the scientific method.
The data that will be collected and analyzed includes nitrate levels
and fish movements.
