Title: Beat the Heat
Description: This lesson plan is about heat and salts effect on the melting point of ice. Students will use thermometers and follow a step by step worksheet to compare the melting temperature of ice with an ice and salt mixture. Students will be asked inquiry based questions based on what they have learned.
