Title: All about the Weather
Description: Attached are 5 hands-on activities designed to teach 6th grade middle school students about the weather. They will investigate the relationship between temperature and air pressure, the nature of cloud formation, the involvement of precipitation and crystals in snowflakes, and the effect of air pressure on the weather using their own home-made barometers. The activities also include lab safety components and can be easily adjusted for 7th grade if needed.
